Novità normative sulla programmazione negoziata

Pubblicata sul Supplemento ordinario n. 285 alla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 300 del 28 dicembre scorso la legge 244/07 (Finanziaria 2008). Con riferimento alla programmazione negoziata, la manovra contiene alcune importanti disposizioni che recepiscono le proposte di modifica alla relativa vigente normativa formulate da Anpaca.
Trattasi, nel merito, delle disposizioni che riguardano: a) la possibilità per i patti territoriali ed i contratti d’area in essere alla data del 31 dicembre 2007 di presentare richieste di rimodulazione delle risorse entro il 31 dicembre 2008 (art. 2 comma 191); b) la possibilità di prorogare al 31 dicembre 2008 il termine di chiusura delle iniziative finanziate a valere sugli strumenti della programmazione negoziata che, alla data di scadenza delle proroghe concesse ai sensi della vigente normativa, risultino realizzate in misura non inferiore al 40 per cento degli investimenti ammessi (art. 3 comma 35). Al tempo stesso, si segnala l’emanazione del decreto del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico del 14 dicembre 2007 di cui all’articolo 8 bis della l. 127/2007.
