29 aprile 2004 – Convegno “Programmazione Negoziata: nuova strategia per lo Sviluppo Locale”. Convegno organizzato da Anpaca a Roma, il giorno 29 Aprile presso la Sala Convegni Unione Province d’Italia, Piazza Cardelli, 4. Sono previste due sessioni.
Il Presidente di Anpaca, Prof. Carmine Talarico, ha illustrato durante i lavori delle prima sessione il Documento Programmatico di Anpaca. Successivamente sono interventi iil Dott. Renato Grassi (Ministero Economia – Dipartimento Sviluppo), l’Arch. Enza Trotta (Ministero Attività Produttive), il Prof. Massimo Lo Cicero (Docente Università Tor Vergata), l’Arch. Gioacchino Catanzaro (Ministero Attività Produttive), il Dott. Carlo Flamment (Presidente Formez), l’Associazione Bancaria Italiana (Abi). Le conclusioni sono state affidate al Prof. Mario Baldassarri Vice Ministro Economia e Finanze.
Nel pomeriggio (dalle ore 14.30) hanno preso la parola l’On. Giuseppe Galati - Sottosegretario di Stato Ministero Attività Produttive, l’On. Gianfranco Borghini (Presidente del Comitato per il Coordinamento delle iniziative per l’occupazione), il Prof. Roberto Pasca di Magliano (Direttore Generale Ministero Attività Produttive), il Dott. Leonardo Domenici (Presidente ANCI), l’Avv. Lorenzo Ria (Presidente UPI), Rappresentanti di Regione (Obiettivo 1 e Obiettivo 2), Sindacati e Confindustria. E’ seguito un Dibattito tra i responsabili dei Patti Territoriali e Contratti D’Area.
